Staybridge Suites Completion

Cardiff’s first apart-hotel, IHG Staybridge Suites, has opened near the East Dock, complementing the Holiday Inn Express. Featuring 73 long-stay suites, a roof terrace, gym, convenience store, and meeting room, the project was completed in August 2021, with cost management by Lee Wakemans and contractor Carter Lauren Construction.
