Novotel Hotel, Liverpool is a £16.5m hotel development delivered for Pedersen Ltd for occupation by the Accor hotel group under the Novotel brand.
We were appointed as project managers and cost managers for the scheme, which involved the construction of a 209-bedroom hotel, helping to deliver a high-quality new hospitality development in a prominent city centre location.
