Lee Wakemans provided full cost management services for the transformation of the 157-year-old Albert Hall into a vibrant mixed-use destination comprising an 800-capacity venue, lifestyle and office space, and a 10-apartment boutique apart-hotel, helping to bring new life to a prominent heritage asset in Swansea.
