Torfaen Learning Zone is a £27m education development delivered for Torfaen County Borough Council as part of the Welsh Government’s 21st Century Schools Programme.
Lee Wakemans successfully delivered this new sixth form college on a former factory site, with the project including site remediation, supporting infrastructure and public realm works. Our role covered cost management, tendering and contract negotiations, and the scheme was subsequently nominated for a Constructing Excellence in Wales Award.
