Ibis Hotels, Cardiff, Newport and Bristol comprised a series of large-scale hotel developments with individual project values of approximately £6m–£7m, delivered for Pedersen Ltd.

We were involved in the delivery of these schemes across South Wales and South West England, supporting the successful development of multiple hotels operated under the Ibis brand, formerly known as Etap, and helping to expand a well-established budget hotel offer across prominent regional locations.
