IBIS Hotel, Burton-on-Trent is a £10m new-build hotel development delivered for First Inn Ventures between May 2021 and August 2024.
Lee Wakemans provided project management and cost management services under a design and build contract for the scheme, which created 81 bedrooms together with reception and staff areas, as well as external works including a replacement car park, all delivered to the latest IBIS brand standards alongside the existing Holiday Inn Express.
