The two new operating theatres at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli is a £14.5m healthcare development delivered for Hywel Dda University Health Board.
Lee Wakemans provided employer’s agent and cost management services for the scheme, which delivered two new operating theatres together with associated preparation, anaesthetic and recovery areas. Funded by the Welsh Government, the project helped to increase surgical capacity, improve patient care and support more efficient clinical workflows.
