General Dynamics, Oakdale, Wales is a commercial office and operational facility delivered as a single contract in Oakdale, Wales.
The works comprised the fit out of an existing B1/B2/B6 use facility to provide 7,550m² of two-storey offices, together with double-height workshop and laboratory areas, a new car park and associated external works. The project was delivered under an NEC3 Option A contract, completed on time and within budget within a 7-month construction period.
