Technium Baglan, located in South Wales and completed by Neath Port Talbot Borough Council, is a £7 million technology development. The £20 million defence manufacturing development in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, was completed for General Dynamics UK. It included refurbishing and extending office facilities and initiated a broader vehicle manufacturing scheme, which will also feature an assembly hall and test track, enhancing advanced manufacturing in the area.

General Dynamics Ltd. completed a commercial office and operational facility in Oakdale, South Wales. The project features multiple speculative-build office units with associated infrastructure, establishing a high-quality commercial site that has emerged as a significant business park along the M4 corridor.
