Greenmeadow Springs is an £8m office development delivered for Macob Developments Ltd on a greenfield site.

The project involved the construction of a new office scheme comprising a number of speculative-build units together with associated site infrastructure, creating a high-quality commercial development that subsequently became one of the leading business parks along the M4 corridor.
