Westferry 1 Circus, Canary Wharf is a £6.3m fit-out project delivered in 2024 for the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
Lee Wakemans provided cost management and project management services from design through to completion for the transformation of the ground and first floors at 1 Westferry Circus, supporting the expansion of UWTSD’s London campus through a scheme delivered under a design and build procurement route.
