Swansea Waterfront Innovation Quarter, Swansea is a £25.27m education development delivered for the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
Lee Wakemans was appointed as construction management consultants for the development of the Peninsula Area at SA1, delivering a new academic facility comprising FLEXI and TECH accommodation. Our role included managing the tender process, negotiating work packages for contract agreements, and overseeing post-contract construction works and instructions through to delivery.
