Construction contract using NEC3 ECC contract (Form A).

Development of Peninsula Area of SA1 to provide Academic Facility comprising FLEXI and TECH approximately 10,109m2 and new Library building approximately 2,705m2, both including infrastructure and external/public realm works.

The contract commenced in September 2016, and was completed in  June 2018.

Complete CM service in relation to overview of the tendering and subsequent negotiation of the Work Packages for Contract agreement and all post contract construction works and PMI’s.
