The project commenced in January 2022 and was completed in September 2024.

  • Loft-Co have restored the 157-year-old Albert Hall building in Swansea back to its original splendour, creating a mixed-use development which includes ‘The Depot’,  an 800-capacity music and entertainment venue, as well as dedicated new spaces for lifestyle businesses and offices.
  • The scheme includes a ‘boutique apart-hotel’ comprised of 10 serviced apartments which are available to rent for periods of between one night and six months.
  • A roof terrace has also been created for staff and clients of the tenanted businesses.
  • Lee Wakemans provided a review of Tender Returns, a Value for Money report, Stage 5 Cost Management services and the preparation of building contract documents.
