The project commenced in May 2021 and was completed in August 2024.

• The project is a new build hotel consisting of 81 bedrooms & bathrooms, ground floor reception, waiting and staff areas, which is adjacent to the existing Holiday Inn Express and built to the latest IBIS Brand Standards, together with the construction of a replacement car park and associated external works.
• Lee Wakemans provided Project Management and Cost Management services procured under a Design & Build Contract, working with Carter Lauren Construction Ltd. as the main Contractor.
