Caerphilly based technology services provider, Centerprise International, opened its new 70,000 square feet operational facility in Ystrad Mynach in October 2022.
In conjunction with architectural practice Stride Treglown, Lee Wakemans was responsible for delivering an extension to Centerprise International Ltd's existing building, making it one large contiguous structure.
The extension includes a new loading area, services connections and a new external car park. It also houses a new staff office, meeting room and kitchen/lounge area.
The larger premises aims to generate a significant number of new jobs in the area and will positively contribute to the local economy.
The design of the project commenced in May 2020, with construction beginning in December 2021 and it was officially opened in October 2022.
Lee Wakemans was responsible for the cost management of the project, including reviewing the subcontract tendering process and final tender report.
Lee Wakemans also had the role of Employer's Agent to administer the building for Centerprise.
