The project commenced in July 2023 and was completed in June 2024.

• UWTSD has an existing presence in the London area, and due to their ongoing success, several properties have been investigated within the greater London area, including several properties within Canary Wharf, to centralise the Client's London campus and to increase their intake capacity of students. One Westferry Circus was selected. 
• Lee Wakemans provided Cost Management & Project Management services to University Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) to fit out the ground and first floors at One Westferry Circus.
