It will also house a new staff office, meeting room and kitchen/lounge area.
The design of the project commenced in May 2020, with construction beginning in December 2021 and it was officially opened in October 2022.
Senior Cost Consultant at Lee Wakemans, Chris Wright said, "It is great to see Centerprise International's new operations centre open. The larger premises aims to generate a significant number of new jobs in the area and will positively contribute to the local economy.
Lee Wakemans was responsible for the cost management of the project, including reviewing the subcontract tendering process and final tender report. We also had the role of Employer's Agent to administer the building for Centerprise. It was good to be working with Stride Treglown on this project."
