Salisbury House Completion

Lee Wakemans cost managed the alterations and refurbishment of Salisbury House for University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), to provide them with further teaching space as they expand their operations in London.

The project was completed on time and to budget in September 2021 ready for students to start in October 2021!

It is always a pleasure working on our UWTSD projects! Thanks to the rest of the team on another great success!
