Lee Wakemans Limited Secures Place on NHS Building for Wales 2 Framework

We are pleased to announce that Lee Wakemans Limited has been awarded a place on the prestigious NHS Building for Wales 2 Framework as Cost Advisors and Project Managers for Lots 1 (projects with a construction value exceeding 20 million pounds) and 2 (projects valued between 7 million pounds and 20 million pounds). This achievement underscores our continued commitment to supporting the development of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities throughout Wales, enhancing healthcare delivery for local communities. Our inclusion again in this framework aligns us with NHS Wales's goals of collaborative working, sustainable practices, and best value in delivering healthcare infrastructure.

The Building for Wales 2 Frameworks, procured by NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP), are valued at approximately 616 million pounds and will deliver major capital projects exceeding 7 million pounds in construction value. These multi-year frameworks focus on promoting integrated supply chains and establishing regional partnerships. It also aims to support the Welsh Government's vision for sustainable and resilient healthcare infrastructure, ensuring efficient procurement and delivery for NHS projects across Wales.

Lee Wakemans will collaborate closely with other contractors and consultants to execute projects that meet NHS Wales's high standards for quality and sustainability. Being part of this framework enables us to expand our work within Wales, where we aim to bring innovation, expertise, and dedication to every project.
