The Ty Dewi Sant Resource Centre, a £3m educational project in Cardiff, was completed for the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. This three-storey building features a 377-seat lecture theatre and additional teaching spaces, enhancing the university’s learning environment throughout its design and construction phases.
