Tredegar Health and Wellbeing Centre, Tredegar is a £15.5m healthcare development delivered for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board on the site of the former Tredegar General Hospital.
Lee Wakemans provided cost management services for the scheme, delivered between Autumn 2021 and January 2024, which created an integrated primary and community care hub while incorporating restored heritage elements, helping to bring new life to this important historic healthcare site.
