Plas Dŵr Garden City Phase 1, Cardiff is a £200m residential development delivered for Redrow Homes as the first phase of this landmark scheme.
We provided cost management services for the delivery of a 21st century garden city for Cardiff, with Phase 1 comprising the construction of the initial 630 homes as part of the 7,000 homes planned in total across the wider development.
