Lee Wakemans has an exciting portfolio of projects and is looking for an ambitious, well organised project manager to join our team. We have continued projects in Healthcare (both public and private sector), Education (particularly for universities), and Commercial. The projects range typically from £1m to £50m. We are particularly looking for project managers with skill sets in RIBA Stages 4-6. Candidates will have good skill in contract administration (JCT and NEC 3/4), good ability to lead teams, run progress meetings and deal with site issues.
New team members will be supported by other members of Lee Wakemans and we encourage a strong team ethos.
