Lee Wakemans offers a range of project management, cost management, Employer’s Agent and Development Management services from conception, through to design and completion of projects. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long term relationships with them, due to this, almost all our work is a repeat or recommended work with clients.  

We are involved in construction projects across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Regeneration and Leisure.

Main Purpose of Role:

To assist the team with the management of projects to ensure they are delivered with the correct level of resources and fee, whilst making sure that the Company’s mission statement of providing exceptional service to clients is adhered to at all times.

You will gain valuable project and client exposure and gradually be able to take responsibility of your own projects. Everyone at Lee Wakemans will provide you with genuine support and guidance to achieve your career goals and get you fully involved in our exciting projects for a wide range of clients across a wide range of sectors.

Key Tasks:

  • To assist with the provision of services as defined by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (excluding Specialist Services) for a Project Manager.
  • To help ensure projects complete on time and within budgets.

Person Specification

Skills, Competencies and Experience:

  • IT skills to include the full Microsoft Office Suite and ideally specialist programmes such as Microsoft Project
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and its practices
  • Good knowledge of the regulations of the industry, including Health & Safety practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to produce accurate, high-quality documentation
