The project consisted of the development of a previously contaminated former factory site to provide a new sixth form college facility in Torfaen, including ground remediation, infrastructure and external/public realm works.
Lee Wakemans provided Cost Management services and was responsible for the tendering and subsequent negotiation of all work packages for contract agreement and all post contract construction works.
The project commenced in October 2018, and was handed over in August 2020.
