A Double Cause for Celebration

Tom Woodward has a double cause for celebration following his recent promotion from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager, and also for becoming a fully qualified architect after achieving his Part 3 Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture through the University of Cardiff.
Speaking of his recent achievements, the 27 year old said, "It has been a good couple of months for me. I'm really proud to officially be an architect nine years after beginning my degree. I have since completed a Masters and now my Part 3, the Post Graduate Diploma. The course gives you an in-depth understanding of the legal and economic aspects of architectural practice and construction procurement, and I've been doing this whilst working at Lee Wakemans, gaining practical skills and professional development in practice.
"I'm very grateful to work somewhere that has supported me and given me opportunities to learn and develop, and I'm even happier with my promotion."
Paul Wong, Director at Lee Wakemans said his promotion was fully deserved, "We are all proud of Tom, and it's fantastic to see that the dedication he has put into both his studies and his work, have come to fruition. He has had the opportunity here to work on everything from small scale projects to multi-million pound developments and has become a valued member of the team. We look forward to being a part of his future."
